Great point! Currently, in Australia, the average salary for a designer is $90,000, plus super and other benefits (and that’s if you can find one open to new roles). Beyond the financial aspect, you might not have enough design work to keep them busy full-time. So you are stuck paying for time you are not able to utilize.
On the other hand, our flexible monthly subscription allows you to pause and resume based on your actual design needs. Meaning you’re only paying when you need something designed.
After subscribing, feel free to add as many design tasks to your board as you would like, and receive completed designs one at a time.
Generally, we aim to complete designs in 2 business days or less. However, complex tasks may be broken up with each part being delivered separately.
You’ll always deal with me for communications, but I manage a small team of designers to help get your work done ASAP.
We recognize that you might not have a full month of design requests. There may be times when only a couple of tasks are in the queue. Using the pause function on your subscription ensures you're not paying when you don't need anything designed.
Here's how it works: Our billing cycle is 30 days. Suppose you subscribe and after 21 days realize you want to hit pause. When you unpause you will have 9 days of design work before you are billed again for the next month.

We've created a simple system with Trello at its core, accommodating different communication methods based on your preference. You can submit tasks directly through Trello, share instructions via Google Docs and PDFs, or even send your ideas through a Loom recording. Anything that can be linked to, or shared in Trello is good to go.
Don’t stress! We will continue to revise and iterate until you are 100% satisfied.
At DesignRizz we don’t take these types of projects: 3D modelling, animated graphics (GIFs etc.), document designs (medical forms, legal contracts), advanced packaging, or comprehensive print layouts (magazines, books).
No problem at all. After we complete your design, you can pause your subscription and reactivate only when more tasks arise, allowing you to maximize value.
Given the projects shown on our website and our high standard of work, we maintain a no-refund policy. Our focus is to iterate until you’re completely happy with your design.
